Room and bathroom spacious. Excellent breakfast. Clean, well-organized. Comfy bed. Powerful, hot shower. Helpful, friendly staff. Lovely, well-equipped room. Soft towels, nice shampoo/body wash. Great water pressure. Good hair dryer. Friendly to dogs. Will definitely return.

This place is conveniently located next to a shopping center, and the airport is very close by. The staff was helpful and the room amenities were great, including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and an electric kettle. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the lift made it easy to get around.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Ifema, making it a great choice for travelers attending events or flying in/out of Madrid. It is also adjacent to a large shopping center, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. The rooms are comfortable and come with nice little extras like complimentary toiletries, a coffee maker, and free water.

The breakfast options leave much to be desired, especially considering the high cost.

Excellent additional services, free coffee machine in the room and water, free taxi to the airport, friendly staff, good location.

Convenient Location: the hotel is situated in a great location, not too far from the airport and close to a metro station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and get to our desired destinations.

No Shuttle Service on Weekends: We were disappointed to find out that the airport shuttle does not operate on weekends. This was particularly inconvenient for us as we had planned to make use of the shuttle.

The room was surprisingly nice and well-maintained, with a clean bathroom and good air quality. The minibar offered free water, and there was a convenient hot drinks machine in the reception area. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, guiding us to the city center. The hotel's location next to a shopping center with various restaurants and stores was convenient for grabbing dinner. it had everything we needed for a business trip, including proximity to restaurants and a grocery shop.

Felt like part of the family, nothing was too much trouble.
